Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with reliable international logistics carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day), please allow a few extra days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime directly on our Track Your Order page on the website — no app needed.
Please allow 2–3 business days after shipment for tracking information to activate.
4. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Peak holiday seasons
- High volume periods
- Remote delivery addresses
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Veloura Nails is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact your local USPS office
- Email us at velouranails20407@gmail.com — we will do our best to assist
6. Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at velouranails20407@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been fulfilled. Contact us immediately at velouranails20407@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
