Refund policy

We want you to love your Veloura Nails purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
2.Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
3.Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging (unopened or unaltered)
- The item has not been worn, applied, or damaged by the customer
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4.Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been opened, used, or applied to nails
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Sale items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 7-day window
5.Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at velouranails20407@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo, and a brief description. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you.
6.Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7.Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To cancel, contact us at velouranails20407@gmail.com. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
