Before application, make sure your natural nails are clean, dry and free from oil. Select the correct size for each nail and apply using your chosen adhesive according to its instructions. Press each nail firmly into place.

When removing, do not pull or force the nails off. Loosen the edges gradually using a removal method suitable for the adhesive you used.

Avoid using the nails as tools and limit prolonged contact with water or household chemicals. After removal, clean and store them in a dry place.

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Where a design includes hand-finished details, small differences in pattern or decoration placement may occur.

If you do not have a ruler or measuring tape available, you can use a familiar coin as a size reference. Follow the instructions below, email us clear overhead photos, and we will provide approximate width estimates for your natural nails.

Prepare the Surface

Place your hand on a flat, matte white or light-coloured surface. Use bright, even lighting and avoid strong shadows, reflections or direct flash. Please photograph your natural nails without press-on nails attached.

Rest your hand naturally on the table with your fingers together and lightly touching the surface. Do not press down forcefully. Place a standard circulating coin flat beside your fingers, close to the nails but without touching or covering the hand. The coin must be fully visible and must not be tilted.

Either side of the coin may face upwards, but please make sure its design is clear. Include the coin’s country and denomination in your email.

Hold your phone directly above your hand. Keep the phone parallel to the tabletop, with the camera pointing straight down. Make sure all visible nails and the entire coin are in focus and positioned near the centre of the image.

Avoid taking the photo from the side or at a diagonal angle, as perspective distortion can affect the estimate. Use the standard 1× camera and send the original photo without filters or image effects.

Send your photos to lentonails@gmail.com and include the country and denomination of the coin used. We will review the images and reply as soon as possible with approximate width estimates for each clearly visible natural nail.

The estimates are calculated using the known size of the coin shown in the image. Results are provided as a reference only and may differ from actual measurements due to camera angle, lighting, nail curvature, hand position and image quality. Please compare the estimates with the size chart provided on the relevant product page before making your selection.
